'Clunky' checkout, with it refusing to accept my card (but did after many attempts. Would not let me use Paypal, as the link to it seemed 'dead'. I wasted SO long on trying to pay, I nearly gave up.

What an amazing company to deal with. Had a problem with delivery company and didn't receive my torch. But orlight are sending out another torch. Definitely will be buying more from them

First Time using this company and will do so again in the future, ended up using the case that came with the torch as a case for my projector instead, just had to trim some of the foam inside it, so it ended up being an even better buy.

Great product (Marauder 2 Mini) and fast delivery. A nice weekend discount into the bargain made this a good experience.

Brought the Perun2 very good torch so far in use, provides a flood of light rather than a tight beam which is perfect for what I want.

Awful customer service.

Ordered on Tues 10 Jan.

Tracking number said 48h delivery. 6 days later still no delivery.

Emailed to ask what was happening, email was ignored, had to chase up again. Finally got a reply saying the package had been lost and was asked for my address to resend the order. I replied straight away, had a reply 2 days later to say a new order would be sent out but no tracking number or when to expect it.

I appreciate they are not in control of deliveries once it leaves the warehouse but the customer service has been appalling.

We are now nearly 2 weeks from ordering and still nothing. I Can't comment on the quality of the product as I'm still sat here in the dark in every sense of the word!

N.Ireland Olight dealer closed shop I need a new battery no-one will ship here, I sent several emails to Olight no response,I now have a £130 piece of scrap alloy worth about 1p.

Ordered a torch and was told I’d receive a back up as free also, did not come and they told me I was only getting one free as I paid postage however it said you’d receive 2 in black and white writing!

Hasn’t arrived
I’ve ordered six other items from all different suppliers, all after I ordered this item. I know there are problems with the Royal Mail but they have delivered two or more items from other suppliers. Once I receive my order I will certainly change my review.

I was at first disappointed! I bought my Marauder mini in the Boxing Day sale. After payment I received an email saying the colour was not available. I wrote back saying an alternative colour was acceptable but no reply. I accepted that it was a holiday period so sent a message on the 3rd of January got a response and today 5th January received my torch. Bravo Olight excellent service.

I been looking for a small torch (flashlight) for every day carry. Seeing an advert for Olight UK displaying different types of small torches and looking through the various information on each torches. Found the perfect torch for my needs which was Baton 3 Premium!
Baton 3 Premium torch in red been a brilliant little torch nice and bright with the maximum luminous of 1,200! Not found any faults with the Baton 3 Premium, so it’s a 10/10 from me!
